Partnering with our Customers

We are customer driven organisation and put you the customer first. We deal with all our customers in caring and sensitive manner adopting our customer approach to suit the project we are working on to ensure no distress is caused.

We work with customers, tenants and residents who may have special requirements. We always conduct an assessment of the customer’s needs before beginning a project to ensure we are working in the most suitable manner for that project and addressing any customer specific needs.

We maintain communication with our customers at all times to ensure that our service is convenient to you through our customer liaison officer. We provide pre-notification letters, emails and telephone calls. At the end of any work we carry out we provide a comment card which allows you the customer to provide feedback to us to ensure we can continually maintain and improve our service provision.

When working with our customers we aim to adopt a partnering methodology wherever possible, which allows us to:

  • Work together towards a common goal
  • Move beyond the traditional customer / service provider business relationship
  • Eliminate competition within the project team and help make the project team a real project team
  • Work with material suppliers to improve their products and the recommended methods of use
  • Make the supply chain a more efficient and cost effective process
  • Operate in a transparent and open manner
  • Ensure achieved results meet or exceed customer expectation

As a result, we have found that all involved parties are able to deliver lower costs and improved quality while maintaining acceptable levels of profitability. Steady profits then provide the basis for investment in improved products and processes, and a circle of continuous improvement can be allowed to develop and thrive.

We instill this ethos in all our employees upon induction into the company. We highlight the key principles that partnering consists of and the benefits that can be gained from a long-term partnership with an open business relationship. We believe that partnering has benefits to all parties, for the employer, our company and ultimately the end customer.

Since 2004, we have been a partner of Crown Paints. This enables us to provide our customers with a full range of paint systems and products at competitive prices. Crown Paints are always on hand to provide us and our customers with technical advice.

Since 2004, we have been South Yorkshire Housing Association internal and external decorating partner. We are very proud of this achievement and to be associated with South Yorkshire Housing Association.

Since 2011, we have been Wakefield and District Housing's decorating partner. This is testament to our excellent track in customer service and high quality service provision. We are very proud to be associated with Wakefield and District Housing.

Since 2011, we have partnered with KMS Facilities Group in terms of us providing our Painting and Decorating services to them. This is an excellent achievement for our company and we very proud to be associated with KMS Facilities Group.



Pre-Paint Repairs

Our in house Repairs division conducts all our own prior to paint repairs in a timely and cost effective manner, this is conducted seamlessly with our painting division.

We are able to apply a range of internal paint finishes and decorating coverings supplied by various manufacturers, in order to best meet your needs.

We undertake all categories of external decoration: from a single private domestic home, to painting partnership schemes involving upwards of 2000 properties per year.
