We work with customers, tenants and residents who may have special requirements. We always conduct an assessment of the customer’s needs before beginning a project to ensure we are working in the most suitable manner for that project and addressing any customer specific needs.
We maintain communication with our customers at all times to ensure that our service is convenient to you. This is through pre notification letters, emails or telephone calls.
When working with our customers we aim to adopt a partnering methodology wherever possible, which allows us to;

· Move beyond the traditional customer / service provider business relationship
· Eliminate competition within the project team and help make the project team a real project team
· Work with material suppliers to improve their products and the recommended methods of use
· Make the supply chain a more efficient and cost effective process
· Operate in a transparent and open manner
· Ensure achieved results meet or exceed customer expectation
As a result, we have found that all involved parties are able to deliver lower costs and improved quality while maintaining acceptable levels of profitability. Steady profits then provide the basis for investment in improved products and processes, and a circle of continuous improvement can be allowed to develop and thrive.
