Pre Paint Repairs

Our in house Repairs division enables us to conduct all our own prior to paint repairs in a timely and cost effective manner for each required repair without the need to rely on subcontractors. This enables us to offer a total solution for external painting. 

We offer prior to paint repairs on Joinery, Masonry, Glazing, Roofing and Plumbing / Rainwater Goods.

Our operatives are trained in timber care and in most cases we are able to avoid window and door replacement by using intelligent and approved methods of repair.

Please see below for two examples:

 

   

 

 

A rotten window cill is repaired using replacement timber and resin. This is then decorated with a coat of undercoat and two coats of gloss.

 

 

    

 

Similar to the first example in that we have a rotten window cill but we now also have rotting window frame uprights. In many case this would be replaced by the property owner when in actual fact a much more economic repair can be carried out using good quality replacement timber and resin.
